All other prints and products not included in package above can be ordered via Cassi Hart Pet Photography. Print and album
credits expire one year from the session date and prices are subject to change without client notice.

Entire Agreement: This agreement contains the entire understanding between Cassi Hart Pet Photography and parties involved. It
supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. The only way to add or change this agreement is to do
so in writing, signed by all the parties. In the event that the parties waive a portion of this agreement, the contract is not
waived in its entirety. The party against whom a waiver is sought to be effective must have the waiver in writing.

Reservation: A signed contract and the package amount are required to reserve the specified coverage. 


Cooperation: The parties agree to cooperation and communication for the best possible result within the definition of
this assignment. If at any time during the session Cassi Hart Pet  Photography doesn’t feel safe due to the pet’s behavior it is
up to Cassi Hart Pet Photography's discretion to continue the session or to end the session. If Cassi Hart Pet Photography
decides to end the session, Cassi Hart Pet  Photography is not liable to return any payments. In the event the pet is
uncooperative, we will work with him/her as best we can. 

Copyrights: The photographs produced by Cassi Hart Pet Photography are protected by Federal Copyright Law (all rights
reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without Cassi Harts permission.
The photographic images are the property of the client for personal use and for the purpose of the reproduction and giving of
photographs to friends and relatives. The client must obtain written permission from Cassi Hart and compensate Cassi Hart Pet Photography, prior to the client or friends and relatives publishing or selling the photographs for profit. 

Exhibition: Requests for photographic images to be used by Cassi Hart Pet  Photography may be requested at a future
time. The client grants  Cassi Hart Pet Photography permission to display selected images resulting from this assignment as an
example of  Cassi Hart Pet Photographys work and for entrance into photographic competitions and release all claims to
profits that may arise from use of images.

If  the clients photo is requested to be used in any print or online publication. Cassi Hart Pet Photography grants the client limited rights to use the images in marketing materials with specifications that photo by  Cassi Hart Pet Photography is listed on the image/article. If client requests to use the image in the distribution of products, such as but are not limited to posters, clothing, etc., a 25% compensation rate of the total number of sales will apply unless otherwise
agreed upon in writing.

Model/Property Release: The client hereby grants  Cassi Hart Pet Photography and its legal representatives and assigns, the
irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the pets owned by the client  or in which the client may be included, for
editorial, trade, advertising and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and
to copyright the same. The client hereby releases Cassi Hart Pet  Photography and its legal representatives and assigns from
all claims and liability relation to said photographs.

Limit of Liability: Cassi Hart Pet Photography takes the utmost care with respect to exposure, transportation, and processing
the photographs. However, in the unlikely event that photographs have been lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons within or
beyond Cassi Hart Pet Photography’s control, Cassi Hart Pet Photography's liability is limited to the return of all payments
received for the event package. The limit of liability for a partial loss of originals shall be a prorated amount of the exposures
lost based on the percentage of total number of originals.

The client is liable for their pet. If the pet injures the photographer or another person the client is liable, Cassi Hart Pet Photography is not held liable or responsible.

Social Media Policy: You are free to share your photos on any social media platforms. Any photos shared that have been
altered by “filters” or creative cropping will be a direct conflict of this contract, and must be removed immediately. Any sharing
done on social media must include credit to Cassi Hart Pet Photography in the caption, or a link to Cassi Hart Pet Photography
website/social media handle.

Weather Policy: Due to photography equipment and lighting conditions, it is the photographer’s discretion if weather conditions are such that the session must be cancelled. If such an event occurs, you will be given the opportunity to reschedule for the next available
date.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: If you must cancel, Cassi Hart Pet Photography must be notified 5 days prior to
the session date to qualify for a reschedule. The reschedule date will be made as soon as possible, at the photographers
discretion. If notification is not made 3 days prior, your session retainer will be forfeited.

Appearance: In the event that the client would like additional photos due to appearance out of the photographer’s control
(hair/makeup, etc.) in the previous session, there will  be a charge for an additional session at the photographer’s hourly
rate to reschedule or shoot additional photos.

Location Access and Fees: If the client chooses a location which charges admission, an access fee, a parking fee, or a
photography fee, the CLIENT will be responsible to cover those fees associated with shooting at those locations. Client will
also be responsible for organizing the access and any permits related to doing so.

Additional Members: Sessions are limited times and pets unless specifically stated in the session description. In the event that the client wants to add additional pets in the session, they will be a required $25 fee per pet, as well as a signed model release at the time of the session.

Tardiness: In the event that the client is late to the appointment set, the session will still be for the same scheduled
ending time. Photographer will wait at agreed upon meeting location until 15 minutes after the session start time. In the event
that client does not arrive within 15 minutes of the session time and date, they will be required to purchase an additional
session package for another session

Security Retainers: In the event of cancellation, the retainer amount is non-refundable. It shall be liquidated damages to Cassi Hart Pet Photography in the event of a breach of contract by client. If the client needs to reschedule for any reason they must do so within 3 calendar days and any retainer or paid fees will be transferred to the rescheduled session. 


Completion Schedule: Editing and image delivery takes approximately 2 weeks. In the event that image delivery is outside of this time, the client will be notified via email before the due date.
